Family Wellness is the finest health and wellness facility in the city of Sioux Falls. This facility boasts over 73,000 square feet with features like a new aquatics center, conditioning center, court area and fitness center.
The fitness center features state-of-the-art circuit machines, treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, recumbent bikes and lifecycles, rowing machines, and stairsteppers. It also features a large free-weights area. The center also includes the aquatics pool area and exercise studio. All members are expertly taught programs on health, wellness and exercise. The pool is an ideal environment for aerobic exercise year-round. Aerobic exercise, dance, and spinning are also available with rooms that are equipped with mirrors and sound systems.
