Class Schedules

ClassAt Family Wellness we offer a variety of water group fitness classes that provide a gravity free environment that is easy on the joints, yet provides an excellent overall body workout.

Water fitness is a terrific way to tone and strengthen muscles, develop cardiovascular endurance and increase flexibility. By using the natural resistance of the water, participants receive a great workout that is gentle on the joints.
