womanOur spacious, bright and cheery conditioning center has everything you and your family will need to become healthier. With dozens of pieces of exercise equipment and over a hundred exercise and activity classes, we have something to meet your fitness and health needs. Let our Exercise Specialists and instructors get you and your family started on the road to better health today.


Programs

  • Youth Friendly Workout Facility – Youth twelve on up can work out on our conditioning floor after going through our wellness enhancement program

  • Circuit Classes – Over twenty adult classes

  • Children’s and Youth Activity Classes – Over twenty youth activity classes

  • Strength Training Classes – Intro and advanced classes for children through adult

  • Weight Loss and Fitness Challenges and Competitions

  • Karate Lessons - For children through adults

  • Women Only Classes – Several conditioning classes just for women

  • Wellness Enhancement Program – We will introduce you to our center and services, evaluate your exercise needs and expectations, and set you up with an exercise program tailored to meet your needs

  • Health Assessment – Measures your body composition, strength, and cardiovascular health

  • Personal Training – For children through adults

  • Group Exercise – Over twenty five classes featuring yoga, pilates, group cycling, step, kickboxing and more

  • Group Cycling Studio – Theatre style bike set-up with state-of-the-art sound system and projector screen

  • FreeMotion - Functional strength circuit

  • Indoor Track – 3 lane banked track

  • Audio Visual Entertainment – Five 50 inch plasma televisions with FM Transmitters

  • Group Fitness Studio – Mirrors, steps, punching bags, weights, and more
