Cardio Classes
Boot Camp: You don't have to have coordination for this class, just a little bit of motivation and we'll get you through the rest. Agility, speed and strength will be the building blocks. Get ready because together we'll make it happen. Boxin' Boot Camp: Expect to put your body to the challenge. This Non-choreographed fitness class is loaded with drills and thrills with a little taste of kickboxing. Once you try this you'll be hooked. Cardio Xplosion: Want to get funky? Hi intensity, low impact aerobic moves complete with awesome music and a whole lot of style! Cardio Kickbox: Calling all Men and Women! No dancin' here. Combos of punches, kicks, blocks & calisthenics. Cardio Quicky: 30- minutes of straight-up cardio with a variable format. Experience Cardio Kickboxing, Hi-Low Aerobics, Simple Step, Intervals, who knows? Total Body Conditioning: Low impact aerobics combined with body sculpting exercises. Instructors Choice: The class will be posted 1-week prior to class. Kickbox Quicky: Get in and get out with this 30-minute intense workout full of kicks, punches and core work. This is one great way to relieve your stress! Muscle Max: Muscle equal Metabolism! Barbells, dumbbells, tubes & fitness balls. You name it if it strengthens your body, we'll be using it. Step I: Have fun with this class of stepping with the bench. This is a beginner to moderate level class. Step II: What a blast! This level of stepping with the bench is moderate to advanced! ZUMBA Strength: Salsa mix with a twist is what you'll get with this cardio-based workout. It mixes Latin and Caribbean dance music, which allows you to get your grove on. You'll close the last 10 minutes of class with hand weights and strength training. Come on and shake your "bon-bon!" |
