Boot Camp: Looking for a boot camp? This is it! Non-choreographed fitness activities designed to get your heart pumping and your muscles flexing! Once you try this, you’ll be hooked.

Cardio Funk: Hi intensity, low impact aerobic moves complete with awesome music!

Cardio Kickbox: This aerobic workout consists of many different punches and kicks at a pace that is beneficial to your heart health, flexibility, and coordination. It is a fun and effective program for improving your conditioning and overall health.

Cardio Sculpt: Choreographed aerobics combined with body sculpting exercises.

Core Jam Session: Let loose and work out those aggressions with this combination dance and kick-boxing class. No inhibitions required.

Instructors Choice: The class will be posted one week prior to class.

Muscle Max: Barbells, dumbbells, tubes and fitness balls. You name it, if it works your muscles, we’ll be using it.

Muscle Max Plus: If you think 45 minutes is tough, this call adds 15 minutes mores of Barbells, dumbbells, tubes and fitness balls.

Muscle Max Xpress: All of the wonderful things from Muscle Max but packed into a 30 minutes class. No excuses here!

Mat Fusion: Floor Galore! Strengthening and toning work done on the mat with a combination of Yoga and Pilates moves.

Step I: Have fun with this class of stepping with the bench. This is a beginning to moderate level class.

Step II: A class for intermediate to advanced participants offering innovative choreography movements. Are you ready to take it to the next level?

Step & Sculpt: Don’t be afraid of this basic combination class of stepping with the bench and using resistance.

Zumba: Salsa mix with a twist. A class where you will shake your "bon-bon" and raise your heart rate in a fun Latin style class.
