With the help and guidance of our Personal Trainers you can accomplish any and all of your goals. Our Certified Personal Trainers will design a complete program for you based on your needs and goals. Trainers take into consideration your current condition, specific goals, medical history and lifestyle and available time for exercise
They will inform you about proper exercise form, and the amount of weight you should be using and when to make sufficient changes in weight, reps and sets. They will motivate you, educate you and help you reach your desired goals.
Personal Training sessions are available for members and non-members in one-on-one or small group sessions.
